Dr. Payne has been my Dr. since I was 16 and transitioned from seeing a pediatrician. He is genuinely cares, truly listens and doesn't just try to rush you out. I can't say enough good things about him and his staff. There need to be more doctors like him.
There is no one else I would trust with my life, he is the very best.
Takes his time when discussing issues with his patients. Fantastic Doctor!

He never asked one question or suggested any tests. He made derisive statements about the practitioner who referred her. He implied that the severe headaches were "psychological," not neurological. He also implied that she was wasting his time. He decided all that by just looking at her? She left in tears.
Was diagnosed with TTP in 2020 and he knew what to do immediately and where to send me to get treatment. Know what he is doing.
I believe he is very knowledgeable in his profession however my family and I have not been pleased with the way our family members diagnosis was handled. As a result of how he handled our situation and , we are now forced with dealing with a diagnosis that came a little too late. I would not recommend him if there is anyone else.
Excellent physician who shows a genuine interest in his patients. He is very informative and takes the time to answer all of a patient's questions. I received the best care possible from both Dr. Mcdonald and his staff. I would highly recommend him.
