Excellent professional care with down to earthexplanations
Worst doctor I've ever encountered. Her bedside manner was horrendous, she did not like that we asked any questions at all, and her assistant ran her mouth the entire time insulting me and my husband and Dr,. Kota just let her do it. Completely unprofessional, uncaring, and a joke. Would never recommend her.
The worst staff and doctor who lets patients suffer for months on end and dies not know how to submit authorization for insurances companies. They never submitted the necessary authorization after telling is they did. The secretary hung up on us both and this is the second time this happened . This was after explaining how much pain he has been in and how long He has had appointments where nothing is being done about scheduling his infusion. She is very sweet and super smart, loves her patients!! Enjoyed not such a good time, but from front desk to back, the whole staff is super friendly and caring!! And have never had to wait.. always on time!! Super plus these days!!
Dr. Kota treated my husband in 2019 he had a tumor in his stomach. Before the surgery to remove it, she brought us peace and clear understanding through the process. Now we are having to go back to see her for another issue and already feel comfort knowing she will be treating him again.
