Having someone be FORCED to pay for a prescription that the generic one is covered for is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. Someone should check this office’s financial records to see if they’re not being bought off by the name brand companies. Do yourself a favour, and never come here. It’s astonishing how they treated my grandmother and their other patients, especially to a 70 year old woman who cannot care for her own.

Dr. Misra’s office cancelled my mother’s surgery, which we had been waiting for several months to take place. She was issued a prescription and was directed to use only a specific pharmacy of the office’s choosing. We were informed that no other pharmacy would be accepted. Subsequently, we were contacted by that pharmacy and advised that there would be a $14.99 charge, and that one of the prescribed eye drops was not covered by insurance.
