Dr. Chandalia seems to have received her medical degree from Kids R Kids. She is very rude, condescending and disrespectful to patients. She doesn’t listen to a word you say and screams over you because she knows it all and you know nothing about your own body. As a physician, she should be listening to her patients, but she’s too busy gaslighting them. She has zero patience and needs anger management. This doctor is horrible. She does not deserve even one star. Her communication skills and time on task with the patient are absent. I am a teacher. The only reason I continued with this doctor in giving her another chance was there were two of my former students that were excellent in my classroom that were part of her staff. She hollered at me and even directed her frustration towards her staff. That was from a previous visit. Went today and she did not give me the time of day. Dr. Chandalia is an okay doctor, however her front stay is very hard to get through to. I can call them in the middle of the work day and I go straight to voicemail or if I need to prescription filled I have to call multiple times to get it filled or they will send the wrong one and I call to let them know my insurance doesn’t cover the one they have sent and they don’t do anything to fix it. I certainly agree, I was in her office yesterday where my visit ended in us shouting at each other because she wouldn't listen to any of my descriptions of my concerns that I need help with from a professional caregiver. WHICH OF COURSE SHE IS NOT. JERRY
