Dr.Kapadia is a great person, Neurologist and human. I met him virtually when my Neurologist retired and he is an attentive person that listens , asking you questions about your health and meeting your needs. He always has a smile, he's a very comfortable person to talk to. Anytime I have a question I write on the chart and he always replies within a day!. He accommodates you with appointments and makes a plan with you for your health. I truly recommend him to everyone!!. We need more doctors like him!!!
Terrible experience with this physician! I saw him at University Hospitals in Cleveland where he practices at this writing. I have long covid and I subsequently learned, mast cell activation syndrome. At the time I saw him I was dealing with post covid issues. He was dismissive and arrogant of my concerns. He pulled the old, "maybe it's anxiety....or menopause". I can't speak for others experiences, but I had a good experience w/ Dr. Kapadia. He's one of the best Drs I've seen, if not the best in care and compassion for his patients. I was nervous, as being a woman with chronic pain, I was worried I'd get dismissed by him (or any doctor really).
