My first call with the office wasn’t great. Whoever was helping to book my appointment wasn’t all that professional or friendly, but I didn’t think much of it maybe. They were having a bad day. Fast forward to now when they call me two months after booking to tell me my appointment needs to be rescheduled. Most unprofessional doctor ever. My mother waited a month for her appointment and finally yesterday when she went in she was left in the room for over 1 hour while Mr. Jain was giving a tour of his office to 2 women. My father waited in the waiting area and as he witnessed the provider walk around the office with the 2 women My father asked the receptionist if the doctor knew he had a patient waiting in the room for him and she answered yes. My mother ended up leaving very upset.
I'll start by saying that this testimony is long overdue. The fact that I'm here months later should already speak volumes. I was referred to Dr. Jain and I cannot recommend him enough. If you're nervous about visiting him, and are looking up his reviews before your appointment, please ignore the negative comments. Everyone is different but it was a dishonest doctor whose indifference to my pain made me ignore my symptoms for over a decade. I went to him not knowing what type of arthritis I had He gave me many tests & each time would come up w a different diagnosis It might be rheumatoid, gout, lupus & there was a fourth one Wouldn’t take any medication until he was sure Finally he gave me to an assistant & that was about it I haven’t had the problem for awhile so I never went back
I’ve been seeing Dr. Jain for over 10 years and has always been the best doctor I have ever seen. Before going to him I saw 8 doctors for pain, not one of them ever thought to test me for Arthritis because I was in my 20’s. When things got super bad I went to a walk in clinic that referred me to Dr. Jain. He tested my inflammation and discovered it was high and started treating me and I immediately started to get relief and the inflammation down. He is also very kind cares a lot!
