Not sure what is going on with these other reviews. I have been a patient of Dr. Jain since before his private practice on Wilson, and have gone thru clinical studies with him. His clinic still sees me even though I’ve moved over an hour away. Dr. Jain was the first doctor to take my invisible pain seriously and not dismiss me as a “hysterical” woman like many other doctors. It's 2025, but this place is operating as if it was 1900. Skip it and ask your doctor for a different referral. The only way you can schedule an appointment is over the phone - have you heard of online scheduling? No one ever answers their phone. And no one calls you back. I was referred to Dr. Jain by my primary care physician because I had some abnormal labs and pain. I left 3 separate voicemails asking them to please call me back over a 2.5 week period. My first call with the office wasn’t great. Whoever was helping to book my appointment wasn’t all that professional or friendly, but I didn’t think much of it maybe. They were having a bad day. Fast forward to now when they call me two months after booking to tell me my appointment needs to be rescheduled. They give me two dates that are during my work hours which I cannot change at this time. Then the only other option, when they cancelled on me was in 3 more months. Most unprofessional doctor ever. My mother waited a month for her appointment and finally yesterday when she went in she was left in the room for over 1 hour while Mr. Jain was giving a tour of his office to 2 women. My father waited in the waiting area and as he witnessed the provider walk around the office with the 2 women My father asked the receptionist if the doctor knew he had a patient waiting in the room for him and she answered yes. My mother ended up leaving very upset.
I'll start by saying that this testimony is long overdue. The fact that I'm here months later should already speak volumes. I was referred to Dr. Jain and I cannot recommend him enough. If you're nervous about visiting him, and are looking up his reviews before your appointment, please ignore the negative comments. Everyone is different but it was a dishonest doctor whose indifference to my pain made me ignore my symptoms for over a decade.
