Had my knee replacement done by Dr. Manish Gupta, he did a good job, before I did the surgery, he explained in detail what would occur during and after, which i appreciated. Dr. Gupta is a very good orthopedic doctor.
The Office staff is very nice. However, when you leave a message they don't call you back in a timely manner. Not even within 24 hours. Sometimes it takes day before you get a return call. Now the doctor is a different story he Never calls back! Not once in over a 2 week period of leaving a message every other day did we get a call back from Dr Gupta or his assistant. We had to postpone a surgery because of no help from the doctor to help navigate our issues.
I would give Dr. Manish Gupta 10 gold stars if I could, he is by far the most incredible Dr Wonderful that I’ve met( next to Dr. John Strobis who sadly, has passed) He did a complete stem cell knee replacement (rejuvenated cell ? not sure of the exact name of procedure ) on my former husband about four years ago & let me video the procedure , lasted 1& 1/2 -2-hours we walked out pain free & went to Dinner & he had a complete full recovery!
