I am beyond pleased with the service, care, professionalism and team work that I receive from Dr. Manish Gupta and his team! I've had both of my hips replaced, I had them replaced a year apart and recovered nicely from both surgeries! I live a very active lifestyle (fitness enthusiast and body builder) and can always count on Dr. Gupta to help me make the best decisions regarding my knee and hips, so that I can continue living an active life! Had my knee replacement done by Dr. Manish Gupta, he did a good job, before I did the surgery, he explained in detail what would occur during and after, which i appreciated. Dr. Gupta is a very good orthopedic doctor.
The Office staff is very nice. However, when you leave a message they don't call you back in a timely manner. Not even within 24 hours. Sometimes it takes day before you get a return call. Now the doctor is a different story he Never calls back! Not once in over a 2 week period of leaving a message every other day did we get a call back from Dr Gupta or his assistant. We had to postpone a surgery because of no help from the doctor to help navigate our issues.
