This was one of the most unprofessional business experiences I've had. I purchased a Groupon for my husband, but he was so uncomfortable with the constant pressure to purchase additional services that he didn't even want to complete the sessions. Rather than focusing on providing a quality experience, every visit felt like a sales pitch.
