I couldn’t be happier with my experience at this dermatology office. The doctor not only explains every procedure with clarity and patience, but she also makes sure to follow up afterward, which shows how much she truly cares about her patients. Her entire crew is warm, professional, and makes every visit smooth and comfortable. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of expertise and genuine compassion—I highly recommend them!
My recent experience with here with Dr. Esther was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. When I expressed concern about changes in my 2-year-old son’s skin, the doctor’s tone was dismissive and condescending. Instead of listening, she questioned why I felt that way and suggested “maybe it’s because you don’t know how skin cells work,” which came across as belittling and disrespectful.
