The office is very unorganized and hard to get ahold of. The doctors and some of the medical staff are rude. The doctors only care about money and not your actual care. I am high risk and decided to deliver at a different hospital, since Waterman does not have a NICU, so she tried to get me to transfer care at 37 weeks to an Orlando OB. This was very stressful because I had to do Non stress tests twice a week which would also have to be transferred to Orlando. This was such a wonderful experience. Taken back by nurse and I don’t think I waited 2 minutes for the doctor. Such a nice change.

Business response:

Thank you for sharing this with us, Debbie. Stay well!

If you are having major unknown menstrual issues DO NOT go to Dr. Rogers. I went to her for 3 month to try and find out why I was in so much pain only to be put on birth control and brushed aside. She told me that my only options were to live with the pain and if the birth control didn’t help that I would need a full hysterectomy. I found a new Dr who immediately scheduled a laparoscopy and found a baseball sized cyst. I now feel great. Who knows how I’d be if I had stayed under Dr Rogers care.

The first appointment I had, I was informed that she was on call and unable to do the appointment. This was after I drove 45 minutes to get to the office and had to take a couple hours off work. Second visit, she did not collect a large enough sample for the Pap smear and it came back inconclusive. It was also the most painful Pap smear I've ever had. And, I just found out that the test is not covered under my insurance due to where they sent it even though they assured me otherwise.
