I had lenses done initially things were fine. The lenses fogged and when I returned them it took over 5 weeks to get them back. The frame was chipped and the staff said “I’m sorry “ that’s it no offer to fix the frames. Very disapponting
My first and last visit to Dr. Chan's office a few weeks ago was disappointing to say the least. I had a good exam with the Dr. Chan but her office staff was rude and unfriendly from the moment I walked in the door. I didn't receive the lenses I wanted in my new frames because the women that took the order failed to clarify the specific add-ons that I requested. Reception staff VERY friendly and professional; wait time minimal. Dr.Chan was friendly and patient with my concerns regarding a past prescription that was not right and gave me eye contact that you don't always get these days from health care providers. Definitely recommend Dr. Chan and her optometry team!

I have been Dr Chan's patient for several years. She is very professional and doesn't rush you. Makes you feel like an important patient. Her staff is EXCELLENT as well.
I am so thoroughly beyond disgusted with the treatment I have received from Dr. Chan and ABQ Eye Care that I don't know if I can fully sum it up in words. Dr. Chan does not care about patient consent in the slightest. Some direct quotes, "I'm right. I know better than other doctors." and "I force my patients into the prescription I pick." When I expressed concern over being given a prescription I didn't consent to, she told me I was just 'trying to get my way." Pathetic practices.
Dr Chan is amazing! She has helped my kids with their eye infections and thorough exams and also fitted me with great glasses!
Friendly and efficient. Love the doctor and the staff. They work together well as a team
