Oh my god. Terrible terrible place. The people on the phone are extremely unprofessional. They were yelling at me a pointing fingers at me because I asked if it would be okay that im running a little late. They said we have to reschedule which I was okay with. My problem was the way they were speaking to me. You can hear someone in the back yelling. Clearly unable to have emotional intelligence for a conversation. Went from 0 to 100 so fast. Aggressive women on the phone. I thought Caldwell was a town with class?
Dr Gadarla, is attentive, patient, knowledgeable and caring. Her staff is always willing to help. Thank you, Whitney for your consistency, and helpfulness every time. Highly recommend this practice.
