Do not go to this Doctor. She gave me horrible service. Because I had such a bad experience, I contacted the fraud department of my insurance company and had them review her charges. They confirmed there were charges that were not allowed. After this, I I got a bill well over $1,000 in lab fees. . She did it again by using an out of network lab facility without my knowledge or consent. Every doctor I have ever gone to automatically sends lab tests to an in network facility. After a long search for a primary care doctor, I am thrilled to have found Dr. Gadarla! She is truly one of the best caring physicians and I feel extremely fortunate to be under her care. My appointments have never been rushed and Dr. Gadarla listens and takes the time to learn about me and my medical issues. She is flexible and not judgmental unlike many physicians today who barely spend time getting to know you. Her office staff is friendly and professional too so I would highly recommend Dr. Gadarla!
Honestly don’t go here. I used to go here all the time but now services has changed. I’ve never had to fight for someone to properly explain my lab results. And funny enough they have the reception explain it when she has no clue about anything with the lab results. I requested to speak with the doctor but apparently she was preparing to end her day so she can go on vacation and yet she can’t spend 5 min on the phone with me to explain my lab results when I called a day before! Dr. Gadarla is wonderful and a great clinician. Her office staff are professional and helpful. She does everything including bloodwork on site. It’s easy to make an appointment and communicate with her on the phone
Oh my god. Terrible terrible place. The people on the phone are extremely unprofessional. They were yelling at me a pointing fingers at me because I asked if it would be okay that im running a little late. They said we have to reschedule which I was okay with. My problem was the way they were speaking to me. You can hear someone in the back yelling. Clearly unable to have emotional intelligence for a conversation. Went from 0 to 100 so fast. Aggressive women on the phone. I thought Caldwell was a town with class?
