Dr Yan is an extremely neglectful doctor. I was told I would see him each week in a facility I was not able to get in contact with him ever for 2 months. At a minimum of 10 requests from the nurses to speak to him and a minimum of 20 phone calls to his office his staff is rude and they are also neglectful . They even hung up on me . Even though I was amicable and friendly . After that I spoke to him personally and he assured me he was going to call my prescription in it has been one month again to get a response.
