From the phone call to set up an appointment to surgery they were quick knowledgeable and took care of me. Dr. Malouf was great and so was the staff
I had a 1:30 appointment. I was booked promptly, and the staff was very courteous. I was told to take my clothes off and he'd be in within a few minutes. I waited 40 minutes with no updates and never heard the doctor’s voice outside visiting other patients, so finally stuck my head out the door and asked for a nurse to see what was going on. Just got out of my appointment with Dr. Malouf, terrible experience. He was dismissive about a couple chronic issues I deal with regularly, was not clear about how often I should apply medications and didn't acted like I was an inconvenience as he rushed out of the room. This resulted in me trying to get clarification from his assistant who is not a dr. So frustrating, typical Dr that's rushing through patients. I have been going to Dr. Malouf since 2020 and have had 3 moh's procedures with minimal scarring. I am very thankful for Dr. Malouf and his team and I highly recommend them for all your dermatology needs!
