Walked in because I wanted to be a new patient, there’s two girls in the front one with glasses who looked at me like if I was stupid and took 1 min to reply for a simple “ yes we are taking new patients “ while the other girl with a bandaid on her neck ( did not get her name ) she was so sweet ! She showed me how to call and how exactly how to switch doctors along with other information. Close the whole doctors office. There not helpful with anything,
Office staff is horrible. Constantly having to call about referrals to see a specialist. Paper work is never submitted. Waste of time.
Dr Reddy is a very caring Dr. With one excellent staff name Monica. The office is clean, the wait time can be better. Some of his staff needs more training. But overall, I like him. It appears that they no longer do any reminders for you to update any medical Annual procedures Physicals or test. I waited 3 year's due to me not remembering my last Physical Date, So when I called & was told I hadn't had a Physical in 3 year's. 🤔
