Dr Mallu Reddy is a great Dr . His staff is helpful and I get in and out quickly .
Edited to add On 11/24 i caught zoila lying on recording, i filed a grievance against this office on 11/24. On 12/3 this office sent me a letter dated back to 11/24 postmarked 12/1 , saying i was disruptive and inappropriate. So yes this office will retaliate if you place grievances. The staff is beyond no caring, and when shown proof by bringing up reviews and issues i have had even dealing with the office manager Zoila. Dr. Reddy claims the bad reviews are from pain med seekers. Yes thats why it took 2 months of endless calling to get my tracheostomy supplies to be stopped. You know after it was removed. I hope you like quest diagnostics bc most of what this place does is march you off to them at any opportunity. Good luck getting medications you actually need tho.
