I have gone to Dr. Cracroft for the last ten years. I appreciate a doctor who takes the time to listen and who genuinely cares.
Dr. Cracroft did not treat me ethically or professionally. She was my doctor during my high-risk pregnancy, but was not the one to deliver my baby via c-section when I hemorrhaged three days before my scheduled c-section. She was on vacation in Seattle. My premature baby was admitted into the NICU where there was a HIPPA violation in which the nurses called the wrong room and consulted with the wrong mother in regards to my baby’s treatment. Dr. Cracroft is the best doctor I've ever had. She is extremely competent, and she cares deeply about her patients. Although the medical system has created a situation where doctors don't have much time with each patient, I can tell she works hard to make sure the time spent with me is a priority and that all my questions are answered.
The first visit with Dr. Cracroft Was great, but that’s where the pleasantries ended. Here are the things I had a negative experience with. During the c section she assumed that I was inconsolable when in reality I was starting to feel pain and a burning sensations I immediately told the anesthesiologist but he only gave me lidocaine which didn’t take away any pain, just made me feel more relaxed. My experience with Dr. Cracroft was incredible. She was so supportive of my unmedicated hospital birth plan and always answered my (many) questions with kindness and patience. She has such a gentle and knowledgeable presence about her. I can't imagine delivering my babies with anyone else.
