I visited this optometrist 2 times but the second time she insisted for me to pay for a full eye exam before seeing me for an eye health related issue. I didn’t understand why I need a full eye exam for a much smaller issue that doesn’t need a comprehensive exam since I had one with her just a year ago, and the reception gave me an attitude upon my visit. Dr. Mallory was extremely helpful in identifying the cause of my recent eye irritation. She listened attentively to my symptoms and patiently explained the potential causes. I’m grateful for her perseverance to find a resolution to the issue. Dr. Mallory is always so very considerate and careful to ensure all your concerns are addressed. She’s great!
This morning I had the misfortune of losing a screw in my eye-glasses. I popped in to see if they sold repair accessory kits, but no luck. The associate was very friendly and insisted on trying to find a screw for me and I was on my way in five minutes with a fix. Thanks again for your help!
Dr Eisner was recommended to me by my optometrist in Toronto. I have been in Calgary for 10 years and have coming here for all my eye care needs since. Dr Eisner and her team are caring and thorough - I highly recommend.
