I am very upset with the care from Dr. Perry and his office. I have attempted to make an appointment with him for multiple months, but I am unable to get in touch with anyone from his office. When leaving a voicemail, their business hours are listed, but I have never had anyone answer the phone during this time. I made an online appointment with Dr. Perry's office and scheduled it using their website. I got an email back saying they would confirm my appointment. I waited and waited and never received anything from his office. I then started calling his office to confirm the appointment I made online. You only get a voicemail when you call his office, and it says to send a text to a given number. I texted them on one day during office hours and no response. Dr Perry never makes me feel like he is in a hurry. He takes time to listen and answer all my questions.
I think he’s a good doctor but his office is a nightmare to work with. You can only text them. You can’t call and discuss with them. They take forever to get any requests done.
Dr Perry provides the most personal quality care I've experienced in years. Going back to personal physicians we had growing up in the 60s. His personal touch to every visit can't be beaten!
I love everything about Dr. Perry's office. His office assistant, Nicole is a gem. Very centrally located. Easily accessible. Dr. Perry goes above and beyond. I had a bad experience with a Urologist before I went to Dr. Perry and wasn't expecting much. I was very surprised how patient, caring and considerate he is to my issues. Dr Perry, is very knowledgeable, very kind and listens to you. His staff is very friendly and attentive . I really appreciate his bedside manners . I will strongly recommend him!
Dr. Perry has excellent bed side manner and is by far one of the most thorough physicians I have known. His excellent care extends to his staff as well. Nicole meets you with the sweetest smile and is always eager to help.
