This practice call the Ranger to issue parking tickets to people donating blood at the Lifeblood centre next door, even when their clinic has all empty spaces. What ever happened to being a decent human with compassion for people who are saving lives. As a medical practice, the practice manager should be ashamed at their lack of human decency and kindness. I have been very impressed with the service that I have received from Dr Burvill’s staff over the past few months. Dr Burvill is also a very skilled specialist and takes the time to explain any issues that have arisen from the various eye tests performed.

I have just phoned to make an appointment for my wifes second eye to be done, the receptionist, went out of her way to help me, well done to this lady, its very easy to do a bad review, but people never give credit were credit is due, complain complain, people should respect the person they are dealing with and understand its has always been a very busy place and some people are with the doctor longer , if you want a good job from a good surgeon, wait because its worth it in the end, thank you

Be prepared for a ridiculously long wait at this clinic—it’s always behind schedule, not by a few minutes but often by hours. While you wait in a crowded room filled with elderly patients, don’t expect any apology or explanation for the delay. When you’re finally called in to see the doctor, there’s no acknowledgment of the wait time, let alone an apology. The attitude makes it clear that they couldn’t care less.
