I get that medical practices can get super busy, and I appreciate the pressure that reception staff are under. However, my experience over the phone with the receptionist was quite abrupt, and I was spoken over while trying to explain myself. I’m raising this simply as feedback. It may be worth checking in and teaching phone etiquette.

This practice call the Ranger to issue parking tickets to people donating blood at the Lifeblood centre next door, even when their clinic has all empty spaces. What ever happened to being a decent human with compassion for people who are saving lives. As a medical practice, the practice manager should be ashamed at their lack of human decency and kindness. No wonder the google reviews all say the administration staff are rude. The excuse is they run a busy clinic however there was 1 patient with plenty of empty spaces. Appal... read more

I have been very impressed with the service that I have received from Dr Burvill’s staff over the past few months. Dr Burvill is also a very skilled specialist and takes the time to explain any issues that have arisen from the various eye tests performed.
