While the provider seems to be thorough, I am afraid she is not approachable virtually. I had a question about changing a billing code that was deemed inappropriate by my insurance. I feel like there was a disregard for the request. The appointment was simply to renew a letter, basically copy and paste. Dr. V is an amazing person as well as a doctor. She's patient and kind and very knowledgeable.
Really did not care for the interaction, came off as judgemental, stigmatizing and biased
