I quite literally have called for 2 weeks straight and have not gotten a call back. They treat my illness as a joke because I can’t walk when I don’t get it so I fight for it when I need them to help get prior authorizations. Because I call and try so much, they ignore me. I am 2 weeks late on my medication every single time I need a prescription because they send it wrong 4 times before I actually get it sent then it takes 7 days. Best allergy office around! The doctor and staff are so helpful, and understanding. They all take time to make sure you’re comfortable and heard. Thankful for all they have done! Dr Mala is helping me with my terrible allergies more than anyone ever has.
I have been receiving allergy shots and clinical care here for about 1 year now. Dr. Bathija and her staff are very professional and do a great job. I had been receiving shots at another clinic before this one and found that I was not progressing much at all until I came here. The nurse here is wonderful and very skilled; sometimes I don’t even feel the injection! I highly recommend coming here for allergy care.
Highly recommend! Have been going here for almost two years. Everyone that works here is very knowledgeable and kind. I have suffered from season allergies my whole life. Since I started coming here it has been life changing.
I started seeing Dr. Bathija last July. She and her staff have been extremely kind and accommodating to the needs of myself and my family. I never have a problem getting an appointment for my allergy shots and am kept informed if any changes to the schedule needs to be made. Dr. Bathija always has time to listen to my concerns and does everything she can to help me in any way she can. I would definitely recommend anyone with allergies to come see her.
