Doc took his time understanding the 4 previous doctors opinions had seen. He has ordered all the diagnostic testing and has helped me where no one else could. I trust him with my well being and my life. He is a credit to his profession. WHAT A DOCTOR SHOULD BE.

I read all the reviews for the office prior to my first visit as a new patient, unfortunately I didn't received the same level of professionalism as I would hope. Immediately when I walked in I was verbally accosted by the receptionist (BANESSA CASTRO), who first words to me was ''WHO ARE YOU''. I then stated my name and appointment time and her demeanor became increasingly unpleasant. I was wondering what I had done for her to be so rude. Dr. Charles makes his clients feel so comfortable and safe. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dentists but he changed everything for me. I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth and I had a speedy and comfortable recovery. Highly recommend Dr Charles!!
I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled, Dr. C was super kind and made me feel comfortable during the whole procedure. Trying to get my brother to come in to see him for his wisdom teeth as well.
I used Dr Charles to take out a lower infected tooth. He did a great job and was personable and easy to talk to. I would recommend to anyone.
