Reception old lady is super rude, always say to parents like 想得美 and 不可能, ignoring the fact that their kids are in danger, zero compassion. Also poor operational process and broken front desk management, commonly forgetting things and refuse to admit or say sorry, she always says it’s parents fault that they didn’t remind her Doctor has poor communication skills, hard to understand what he’s saying in either English or Chinese, and he gets impatient if you don’t understand him and he yells at you
Dr Mak is very caring to my child and we've been seeing him for 5 years. Whenever he's giving routine shots to my child he does it in a very caring way. He is very straight and will ask questions which he wants you to answer him directly and not go into circles, which make sense because he has other patients to see so can't afford to waste the time. Very helpful and efficient
Dr. Mak is truly the best doctor in Canada! He provides excellent care and professional advice for my two young kids. Whenever they are really sick, he always makes time—even working overtime—to see them. He may not be overly warm toward parents, but he is always kind and friendly with the kids, which matters most. We are very grateful for his dedication and expertise!
Good doctor and kind staff in the clinic. Thank you for your work and support for my kids in last 14 years, both of them are healthy and good at sports.
