After booking an appointment, and waiting over three months to be seen as a new patient, I arrived at their offices only for them to tell me they do not accept my insurance. I confirmed with them, multiple times, at the time of scheduling my initial appointment to ensure they accepted my specific insurance plan. They assured me yes, they do. This is beyond frustrating and I would caution future potential patients from enlisting the services of this practice.
