Have you learned how to give a physical yet, so I don't have to tell you what is wrong!??? Have you learned how to write a letter yet? Have you learned how to explain what MRI and where it should be done? Have you learned how to follow through with your referrals yet? Have you actually put through a referral to help a patient? Have you learned that when someone needs healthcare, they don't want to hear you have a TBI and how your husband is over educated and doesn't have a job. No follow through. Did not put referrals through. Did nothing. I don't think she even had a care team. Definitely held up my care because of it. Complete waste of time. I don't know what they think people are paying for. Insurance should not cover this incompetent behavior nor should I have to pay for this. Tell your staff to get an EYEBOX TO HELP DETECT CONCUSSIONS AND EYE ISSUES FROM IT. You had a TBI Dr. Moua, I'm sure you can see the value in it.
Incompetent. Makes up her own rules to fit her bad follow through. She did not put referrals in. She did not respond to inquiries regarding patient helpers on file. She held up patient care and had a lot of pain. She sent patient to get a procedure in her clinic that would have killed patient. She intentionally withheld information and had no authority to do so.
