Dr. Mai is AMAZING!!! Thorough exam. Great listener, and wonderful patient care. I have already recommended her to friends and they love her.
I've been seeing Dr. Mai for two years now and what I appreciate the most is her approach. It's very personalized and I know that she is thinking about prevention, not just treating me based on my skin today.
I came here for the first time after waiting for 2 months to see Dr. Mai at the MGH clinic. I felt like I waited even longer in the waiting room. However the wait was worth it. The staff were great and very helpful, they moved my car so I wouldn't get towed, I drank 3 latte ' s, I came home with amazing products and instructions how to use them.
