Please stay away from this surgeon at all costs. Years ago, I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. El Hadidy. I suffered severe complications resulting in an emergency surgery at MGH due to malpractice, specifically incorrect surgical cuts. My surgery was so long and such a mess he didn’t even finish the job and left a tooth behind. I was not asleep for the procedure and it was terrifying, I did not have enough sedation. My wife recently needed a dental surgery and had no one who could do it. Came across this place through google and they exceeded my expectations. The service was great they treated my wife amazing and attend to her the same day we called. This is my new go to place.
I recently had a dental surgery done. And it was wonderful I’m usually scared of going to the dentist. But this is experience was great. Dr.Mahmoud is so professional and she is working with a great team. The receptionist was wonderful. And the dental assistant is very sweet and hands on. Best place in Boston!
I had my two wisdom teeth taken out last week. I didn’t have an appointment and I didn’t have X-rays and everyone was wonderful about it. I was taken care of with so much care and compassion. The extraction was done quick and with minimal pain. Dr. Mahmoud is so sweet and nice. And so is her lovely assistant. The receptionist is so well educated and polite was able to get me an appointment and treated it very nicely. This is an awesome group I will continue coming.
