Love this office keeps my sugar under control. I use the FreeStyle to keep tract of my bloodsugars. Had trouble with 2• sensors. So I was able to change to FreeStyle 3+. So much easier to use. Plus sensor are so much smaller. Thanks Jackie and staff for the great care I receive. I always tell people and recommend your office for great care by a staff that totally cares about us the patient! Thank you!!
Staff were friendly. Wait was super long. This was first appointment. Dr wanted CT SCAN & Bloodwork. Ok scheduled CT SCAN, promedica calls to cancel no authorization from dr office. States they call office no response sent message no response. Scan canceled. I called left a message. No return call. Scheduled Scan AGAIN. Same cancelled bc dr office isnt giving authorization needed. I call once more to cancel next appointment. They did call me 4 weeks later to reschedule with dr. I said no. This is really good with me and I really need to go back and see him again lost my insurance but now back on track
