I selected this practice based on its strong reputation and was satisfied with the dentist’s clinical care. Unfortunately, the office failed to submit a required pre-authorization to my insurance and instead charged me out of pocket. After the error was discovered and a refund was eventually issued, I was dismissed as a patient.
