Highly unorganized front desk staff, constant turnover. This office has zero retention and I can see why. Dr. Abboud initially seemed professional until she had to reschedule an appointment because she wants to leave early. She’s strict with her patients which is understandable (tardiness, missed appointments etc) but when it comes to her schedule…she cancels patients at will. Arrogant, mediocre medical advice and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and find another endocrinologist.
Dr. Abboud is a horrible endocrinologist - I highly recommend you find another doctor. She spends 10 minutes with you (tops) and at least a third of that time she is repeating her statements into a computer. She rushes through your questions if she even answers them. She was pressuring me to schedule RAI at my last appointment and did NOT go over the risks, besides confirming what I already knew about it, which is that there’s a 90% chance that you’ll go from hyper to hypothyroid with the treatment.
