Dr. Woods performed my robotic hysterectomy. She was so professional and informative. I felt safe, secure, and informed in making my decision on this surgery and through recovery.
First the receptionist gave me the wrong appointment time, never called to confirm (they had written down my number wrong), and then tried to deny me my appointment when I did show up. Next, I told the nurse that I was incredibly anxious bc of past experiences and would like to meet the doctor. I had to argue to meet Dr Woods without taking my clothes off first.
