I was a patient here years ago and they and the blood lab they use are rude, incompetent and unprofessional. Maggie Tavdy’s “right hand”/phlebotomist/assistant, Natasha, and receptionist talk about and make fun of their patients in their language and aren’t discreet about, one time they withdrew blood for my routine bloodwork and Natasha told me, “The lab lost your blood. She is remarkably knowledgeable and takes the time to explain every aspect of your condition and treatment plan with clarity. Her sympathetic nature and willingness to truly hear her patients concerns make a huge difference. You feel understood and supported. The staff in her office are also wonderful, creating a welcoming and professional environment. A fantastic experience overall!
