I should warn you, dealing with this medical office is frustrating, the receptionist is the most unqualified person for this type of job, I don’t know what’s going on, if she’s the dr’s wife or girlfriend and he can’t fire her or what, but all the bad reviews are because of her, all the customers complains are about her. This is especially for receptionist/assistant for Dr. Bakhet who book appointment. She is always rude on phone and never listen patients side. She ignores you and have zero empathy. They changed my wife's in person appointment with doctor to telephone appointment and sent a message. When my wife called her to ask it should be in person appointment as doctor is supposed to examine her physically. She simply said there is no note and its doctor's call. Incredibly dismissive and rushes through appointments making you feel like a nuisance. Just before examination he sneezed and then put his gloves on without washing his hands. All around a very bad experience. I want to add, since moving out of province and being placed under the care of the Alberta Regional Fertility Clinic, I was finally given the diagnosis of endometriosis which I suspected I had for many years. I had my surgery done by Dr. Bhaket, who is an outstanding gynecologist. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. The surgery was successful, and I felt supported and cared for throughout the entire process. I’m very thankful that I was referred to Dr. Bhaket.
