Every appointment I’ve had which has been 3 so far I’ve waited over 2 hours to get in the back, then I waited and hour for her to come in. I was there 3 hrs last time and that is highly unusual and not acceptable. Saw the doctor 1 time for initial consult. Had a very long wait in lobby, and wait in room. The doctor was pleasant, although she seemed a bit hurried. I was given referral for X-rays and blood work. I came in shortly after to get cortisone shot in finger. Another long wait with patients ahead and no end in sight. I left at 1, appt was 11:45. I had an excellent experience with Dr Villafradez-Diaz team !! The physician was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to clearly explain my condition and treatment options. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient, making each visit comfortable and well organized. I truly appreciate the compassionate care and highly recommend Dr Villafradez-Diaz !!
