Carmella who did the initial testing was such a lovely person made all of those tests easy breezy and made it fun what a lovely person to have in the office!!!! Rebecca the receptionist was very professional, knowledgeable and very nice. I had a doctor that was filling in and they were so helpful and were so great with all of my questions and really made the whole situation so comfortable. I highly highly recommend this place!!!
Excellent experience from start to finish! The doctor was professional, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I felt very well cared for throughout my visit. A special shout-out to Rebecca at the front desk! She is incredibly organized, friendly, and welcoming. Her positive attitude made the entire experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for outstanding eye care and exceptional customer service!
Dr. G is a young, passionate and impressive optometrist and I see a bright future for him and the company he determines to align himself with. Very easy to talk to and one walks away feeling more than just heard. Also knowledgeable on many topics. Kerrie at the front desk was very friendly as well. Both mentioned how they love their job, which says a lot about this organization now. Been coming here for years, but I sense the customer service has positively improved.
