Worst worst worst experience I’ve ever had. They were great with my son. But they are not punctual at all. I went in today for a review on my whitening which I paid 6k plus my clean which is just under 3k for which is understandable. But it wasn’t done properly which is fine because they said they would do the touch ups when I come back. My son was so much in pain n was turned down because we refused to pay R800 co-payment to have his tooth removed. I mean we already paying a lot on med aid n we still have to pay cash. Loved the practice n I've had my highs with them this was the first low n I am never using the pr. Reception lady very helpful... appreciated her. I had to go look for another dentist who helped my son without paying anything extra n I know u are gonna charge us for showing up at ur pr.
Best dentist!!! She always makes sure her patients are comfortable. The stuff are very welcoming. If I could I would give 10 stars
The ladies at reception are rude and lack customer skills and critical thinking skills. Their speed-point was not working and payment is a required before you can see the dr. Instead of offering an alternative solution, they advised that the speed point is not working and you have to pay first to see the dr. And when i initially made the appointment I asked for their banking details to do an eft, and they refused and said I can pay on arrival. Not Impressed.
