Had so many issues over the years, communication is poor, so many times we came with my young children to get their shots and the doors were closed on the days when they are supposed to be open. Negligent with Auvi-Q refill. We finally decided to switch to a different practice, it has been a month since I requested the release of records she still hasn't released my children's medical records.
