Over the period of the last 25 days I have called 4 times to get an authorization form for my father's meds. A simple 5 min task. I was transfered to a voicemail, left 3 voicemails with no call back. Finally decided to switch clinics.
Dr. Mae Sheik-Ali is extremely knowledgeable, genuinely listens to you and you never feel like you are being rushed through/out of an appointment. She provides excellent care, even calling you personally in-between visits if there is a concern! She is wonderful! Her office staff is kind and caring, very pleasant every visit!
Dr. Mae Sheikh-Ali is wonderful! She has been taking care of me for approximately 3 months. When I arrived at her office for the first time my blood glucose was very high and I had many symptoms such as weakness, headache, lost 6kg, shortness of breath.. With the correct medicine after already 3 returns my blood glucose is stabilized and all my symptoms are gone! I have to give a huge shoutout to Dr. Sheikh-Ali. She is an incredibly patient, caring and kind individual who takes her time with her patients. Her staff is also incredibly kind and friendly. I could not be happier to have found Dr. Sheikh-Ali.
I love Dr. Sheikh Ali. She's a very good doctor and kind at heart. Dr. Sheikh Ali listens to you very patiently & gives you sufficient time to say your problems. Dr. Sheikh Ali has a great sense of humor and always makes me feel comfortable. Dr. Sheikh Ali connects with me at a personal level which gives significant reassurance and in turn helps healing. She's is very supportive and suggest well.
