Love Dr. Riggs and my review is not a reflection of her services and the hygienists but t rather a reflection of the business offices and front desk staff. Their phones NEVER WORK, you NEVER speak to an actual person and the front staff NEVER follows up on phone messages. I don’t know what the problem is but GET IT FIXED! You serve the public who can’t contact your offices! The business practices are feckless at best! I have two stars because the staff that work with the patients are great.
