HORRIBLE !!!!! see anyone else !!!!!!!! Thought she was nice when I met her …I was so wrong !! She’s lied for MONTHS and canceled not one but TWO procedures on me !!!! One just canceled less than 2 days before !!! She wanted to make more money doing my surgery out of office …..and decides after MONTHS not to do my procedure ! I will be reporting this office and her to head of UConn for extreme unprofessionalism !!!!!

Dr M. Falcone is fabulous. She offered an alternative option from a larger one by a different dr. And it was less invasive, easier go go through and she is just great.

I can't speak highly enough about Madina! She performed my upper eyelid surgery about 2 years ago and I have recommended her to countless people. I know of a handful who have also had surgery done by her as well after my recommendation. She makes you feel welcome and is personable. She is not uptight or makes you feel less than. She is amazing at her craft and as a matter of fact I am going to meet with her again about my lowers because the older we get the elasticity fades in our skin depending on the genes we were given.
