Mrs. the doctor was reached easily after hours and immediately corrected the needed medicine for a bad ear infection, for my grandson who was visiting from Mass. I didn't know he was allergic to the first one but after conferming with his mom one that was OK., he called the pharmacy right away and we got it that night. I was so very impressed and very happy
