Front office lady treats very poorly, and this has happened to me twice. Dr. Madge Goya’s did not care enough to hear my concern. They showed total disregard to me. I regret going there for a physical screening at one point in time. I had a hard time getting my documents, knowing that health records are the patient's information. Even to this day, I have not received all my records. They just make me wait indefinitely or ask to come on some other day. Unorganized office. Dora is sweetheart but the rest are not helpful are not kind and are just rude. It’s so unorganized.
