The office called this morning and stated they wouldn't accept the child's insurance without a primary care physician. When I called the insurance, they stated no PCP was required. Then, the office stated they would not accept the child's insurance in spite having seen the child previously under another insurance. The child's physician who rejected the insurance was Dr. Pola. Thanks a lot.
