Amazing doctor
Three hellish years: She did not have my best interests in mind, and I never felt seen or heard. She was usually rushed and disorganized, ie, abrupt and dismissive, talked over me, didn't listen. She only seemed interested in hormone therapy or me being more trans, not me as a multi faceted person. I did not appreciate the manner which you treated me in the ER today. I was in the worse pain I've ever felt, and you held up your hand and said "You know what, I have 10 other patients right now". I was attempting to describe my pain in more detail, and you interrupted me to say this before discharging me without doing any sort of analysis.
