dr. Heaney is a wonderful,compassionate doctor,but very difficult to reach due to her current front desk person.Even urgent calls for medical care are not promptly addressed by her front desk. Office phone is rarely answered just answering machine even during office hours. Dr. Heaney deserves more from her employee.
Dr. Heaney is wonderful. Her older receptionist has a major lack of compassion problem. She is very unfit to work in any people facing position. She is the sole reason I no longer see Dr. Heaney because I could not handle her treating me with judgement over the phone and trying to diagnose and dismiss over the telephone as a non medical professional.
