This Dr was terrible. He wouldn't listen to my symptoms, he started testing me for neuropathy instead of the main reason I was there which was not being able to remember things - like an amnesia. Rude and gruff, office was old and somewhat tattered. This is a very unfriendly uncaring office. He never did help me. Never going back.

Mr. Prasad was not willing to listen to anything I had to say. When I tried to tell him anything he talked over me. I had prepared a very clear, concise, one page summary of all of the pertinent neurological symptoms, issues and history, including a cervical fusion, recurrent spinal meningitis (7 times), etc. I had a C5-C6 fusion so I gave him a "cervical" spine MRI report and he started asking me about my "lumbar" spine and legs - he doesn't listen! Most rude and arrogant "Dr" I've ever been to

I only see him once a month and i spend 10 to 15 mins tops with him, all he does is refill my prescription and sends me on my way. If i have any problems he kinda seems to not listen or he spaces out.

He was not really listening to what I have to say. He would shut me out as I tried to explain the severity of my pains all over my body. Especially the part that I continue to have ear pain on my right ear he keep insisting to go back to my ENT whof is the one who refer me to Dr. PRASAD because he think I might have nerve damage as my ear continue to have pain but my ENT gave me all the possible resolution on his part expertise.
