I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment. The level of professionalism and customer care fell short of expectations. I was informed that an inside referral is required, as per the doctor's request, which was not disclosed upfront. Additionally, when I inquired about pricing, I received no clear information. Dr. Macrene Alexiades has given me such wonderful results with botox…you couldn’t pay me to go anywhere else! I was amazed by what she could accomplish, I look and feel 10+ years younger. She is magic. I’ve seen many other derms and doctors before but she has a technique that really sets her apart. She can address many other skin concerns, is very knowledgeable and patient. Her office is beautiful, staff is always lovely and it’s a pleasure to visit. Truly the best.
