The staff is so nice. DR. ROSAL is patient, kind, and very sweet. I'm glad we found her. My Granddaughter always gets upset at the doctors office. She was not upset with Dr.Rosal she was so comfortable.
The worst experience ever!!! Had to transfer my children from the Dover AFB medical to one of the local offices, so we went with Dr. Rosal Pediatrics. Initially staff informed me that they deal with military and the insurance. Not so much. None of them knew how the referral system works. Every time we needed a referral for specialty care, they wanted to bring you in for a 5 min visit just so they could charge your insurance (I call that a scam). I was a little discouraged by the staff when trying to make a sick child visit for my kiddo, but when I expressed my concern to Dr. Rosal during my kiddo's appointment, she was very passionate about correcting the staff issues and delays in scheduling. Later that day, the owner of the ACO that this practice is a part of called me to get more information and help me resolve an issue with the patient portal not linking to my child. Dr. Rosal has been my daughters provider since birth. I appreciate all of her insight and knowledge with regards to shots and my daughters health. She is always resourceful and helps with concerns as needed. I have been able to get appointments when needed for well and sick visits easily because of the extended hours. Thank you for always being compassionate with my daughters care. I highly recommend her as a pediatrician.
