My wife appreciates the kindness of the receptionist assigned to the surgeon, very warm approach. They can really improve of their waiting time, it took almost an hour to be seen by the surgeon. Surgeon was gentle but lack of a good bedside manner for a doctor.
I have been a patient at this clinic for years and have put up with a lot. I have finally found another doctors office after being denied proper care for my newborn being called a “first time mom.” In a condescending tone. They were so quick to rush me out even though I waited 3 weeks for an appointment. This clinic is an absolute fiasco and ought to be avoided at all costs to spare yourself unnecessary aggravation and lost time. We arrived exactly on schedule for a simple consultation about my 4year old son, yet the unprofessional receptionist dismissed us outright, without bothering to consult the doctor, insisting on a reschedule because we were allegedly one minute late. Doctor is nice. Left a stitch in me though after a private payment procedure. I had to come in and wait over an hour to have it removed on a separate occasion . I had to see him again for a separate issue and wait time is 1 hour 11 minutes and counting. No respect for other people’ time. As someone that works 60 hours per week every minute matters to me and I spend any spare moment with my kids. The fact this is unnecessarily taking that time away is what upsets me the most. Just book people in at appropriate times.
I was referred to the doctor for my ear pit infection. I got the appointment after 2 days. Doctor Mohammed took the time to listen to my problem, was very attentive. He is very polite, knowledgeable doctor who cares about the patients. Thank you doctor for assisting me. I know you have to wait for a period of time to see him, but I think its worth the wait when the doctor treats you and makes your pain go away. The receptionist Melanie (not sure if the name is correct) is too nice, professional and polite.
