Very bad experience, I made an appointment and then canceled it 3 days before the date and they sent me a $100 ticket for not attending the appointment I had already canceled, I called to look for a solution and they did not solve anything, they gave me the case number and nothing still send me more bills for higher amounts. Truly an amazing, kind and exceptional doctor! Doctor Monica Mihalache is knowledgeable, genuine caring, and thoughtful. She listens to patients and answers all questions thoroughly. If needed, she would refer me to see the specialists. The last but not least her staff is really outstanding.
